New Rules for the 2008 Pulling Season

This Rule is enforced by our insurance company!
Everyone must wear a Full Fire Suit
This includes: Full Face Helmet, Head sock, Shoes, and Gloves
Other Suggestions but not required yet: Neck Brace and Five Point Harness

Rule #33 under General Rules: Liquor Liability

Insurance does not apply to any claim arising from the consumption or distribution of any alcoholic beverage.

This exclusion applies to all allegations including, but not limited to, negligent hiring, placement, training, supervision, or to any act, error or omission relating to the consumption or distribution of any alcoholic beverage.
